2mi WU, 3mi tempo at 9:05-8:45/mi, 400 jog, 2x800 at 4:10-4:05 on 400 jog, 2mi CD. Probably should have pushed the lap button after the 2 mi WU! Mile 3 was 9:16, mi 4 8:52 & mi 5 8:37 so I'm stoked about that! But kinda scary when a muscle in my right groin started hurting on the 2nd 800. That's why it's only 0.47 mi. By the end of the CD it was just sore but not painful, at least! Whoop says recovery was low this morning & it gave this run a 17.3 Strain Score.
