Turtle Time. Note to Coach: I tried to extend the loop one direction but still came up short on miles. It is a challenging route, though. According to Whoop, my recovery is normal with HRV at 53 & RHR down to 51. It gave this run a 17.5 Strain Score & pointed out that I got my HR up higher than usual. I just slow down on trails and that's why I rate it as effort 1, hiking as much as running sometimes!
