LR by time, aiming for 1.5 hours and got it! According to Whoop, got good sleep so recovery is excellent with HRV at 67 even though my RHR is up to 62. It gave this run a 15.5 Strain Score. That burst of speed between mile 5 & 6 was a significant downhill which is good practice for 3M. Sciatica was pretty bad at times and I took 600mg of ibu afterwards.
