Notes to Coach: During the last hard mile, was thinking what a badass I am! Very grateful you gave me half mile recovery jogs this time! What do you think about this workout compared to previous LT workouts I've done? I have mixed feelings because the 2nd one was off pace.
Her reply: really good Karl! awesome work out there, and yes, sometimes a little extra recovery can help set you up for stronger hard sessions. Nothing wrong with that!
