The desert is blooming! Sharon wanted to combine her hike with my run. We did that a few times before she hiked the Camino de Santiago in Europe and she loved it. The problem is that I'm often out on the trails much longer, esp. when she has the puppies now. Glad I ran into them and finished by hiking with them, though, because she had electrolyte powder with her but wasn't going to mix it with the water until I insisted. So stubborn! I had plenty of water so that convinced her. She gets glassed-eyed and I've seen hyponatremia enough to know she was very close to that line.
