Easy run but with 6 x 15 sec. hill sprints near the end, walking back down for recovery. Soup kitchen day! The effort on the hill sprints was a 7 so that's why I marked it that way, not for the whole run. According to Whoop, recovery was excellent today with HRV up to 77. It gave this run a 15.5 Strain Score. Meeting that process goal on the max HR! According to Whoop, I got some good anaerobic training during the hill sprints, 12 min. at 90-100% of my max HR.
