Waking: HRV Elite app says 66 with meter green/8. HR went as low as 33.25.
with 6x1min hard on 4min easy at mile 6-Nailed it! Made sure I had what my body wanted-Run Gum at the start, then a HS gel with caffeine right before mile 6. Sipped on Skratch Labs Hydration Mix, a little strong at first but I added water later. Great routine!
