Whoop says recovery is normal with HRV at 53, RHR at 54 & respiration rate of 15.6. That respiration is a little high so hopefully it'll come back down tonight. HR steadily climbed during the run. Whoop gave this a 14.0 Strain Score. It only felt hard toward the end. Like Steve Magness says in his Growth Equation email today, "If I go for a run, eighty to ninety percent of the time it’s pretty dang easy."
