2mi WU, 2x15min tempo on 3min recovery, 2mi CD. Target pace, 1st set - 9:30/mi; 2nd set - 9:25/mi. Temps made it feel harder. The watch didn't seem to understand my 15 minute splits! Kinda amazed myself at pulling off this run after an 11 1/2 hour work day with the train commute.
