campus spin class at noon-this seemed harder than what the Whoop data indicates, which actually makes sense because it was in a small room with no fan running! I saw like 2 big fans and a smaller one and kept thinking, why aren't they on? Sweat dripping off my head and the class was 45 minutes but obviously I left 15 minutes early! According to Whoop, recovery was excellent this morning with HRV at 81 & RHR low. It gave this workout a 5.4 Strain Score.
