Tired from the soup kitchen-Whoop says recovery was down to 29% this morning with HRV at 27. At about 3.75 miles, I just felt so tired and now I see my HR was starting to climb, so to keep it below 140, had to take walk breaks & cut it a mile short. Whoop gave this run a 11.8 Strain Score which is about right and I'm glad I did what I needed to!
