Over to the river & back, then the Sub loop. Started before the group & finished just after them. Breakfast afterwards! (I was well-fueled during the run but starving after. Oatmeal at home. Started munching on a Skratch rice cake when I got hungry, maybe 45 minutes into it. Later part of a HS Protein Bar). Camelbak with just water for the first 5 miles, then at my car, took off the Camelbak & switched to the bottle of Skratch Sport Hydration Drink Mix-Matcha Green Tea/Lemon.
