Hill sprints in the middle. Focused on pumping the arms, esp. during the 1 min. hills because those are tougher (that's why I marked effort as 7). Whoop says recovery is down today with HRV at 26. Hit max HR of 173 on last hill sprint and that's close to the highest I can reach at my age! It gave this run a 12.6 Strain Score.
