Coach Katie said this should be a progression run starting slow with 20 seconds faster pace every 3 miles. Did progress effort (and sometimes pace) throughout. Felt like this was a solid run! Mile 6 looks slow because I came back here and refilled my bottle, mixed up some Skratch & grabbed a Maurten gel out in the courtyard. Got really warm at the end but I got a late start and it'll be cooler in ABQ, esp. at 7:00 a.m.
