Chisholm Trail Du, Olympic distance: 5k run/40k ride/5k run. Pretty windy on the ride because of the late start. Out and back twice and everyone said it was windier the 2nd time. According to Whoop, this was an anaerobic workout, with 19 minutes at 90-100% of my max HR. It gave this a 20.1 Strain Score. Didn't know my HR would go this high at 60 years old! Results: official time 3:07:31.Run 29:51, T1 1:44, Bike 1:56:12, T2 2:26, Run 37:19.
