Fitting in a run whenever I can! (rejoined Aggie Fit & used the locker room at the campus gym to change & shower) A bit worn down from last night & the heat doesn't help. One big positive from this run was when I noticed these iron bars beside the path for planks at 3 different heights. Stopped just before mile 3 & did a set of 10 knee tucks because I haven't done the chair workout this week as planned! According to Whoop, I'm doing great because my HRV went up to 100 so I'm "primed to perform." It gave this run a 10.2 Strain Score & said I have more in the tank!
