with sprints on State Police Hill, 5 x 20 sec. walking back down 40 sec. Looks like the RHR was a measurement problem. I've been checking it during the day using my wonky Polar chest strap and now that I've got the Whoop strap on 24/7, I'm getting a normal reading at night! Max HR during the run was on the hill sprints, as expected. According to Whoop, HRV is normal & it gave this run a 13.5 Strain Score.
