Note to Coach Neely: 4 loops as you can see & since each one is just under 4 miles, I got more than the schedule called for, as I'd hoped! According to Whoop, recovery is normal today with HRV at 53. It gave this run a 18.9 Strain Score & considering 21 is as high as it goes, it'll be interesting to see what happens next weekend as we ramp it up again!
