Vaccine day. Had hoped to get out beforehand in the morning but didn't work out. The shot had more of an effect than I'd hoped. I was tired and knew I couldn't do the hill sprints planned but was very happy to get the planned number of miles in! My arm hurts now. When I get the flu shot, it hurts a little but this is more intense. I'll get the 2nd dose March 3rd.
