2mi WU, 4x1min hill, 4x45sec hill, 4x30sec hill all on easy jog down recovery, 2mi CD. Perceived effort would have been a 7 but for the temps! According to Whoop, recovery is excellent again at 87% today with HRV at 43 & RHR at 53. It shows spikes in my HR during the hill sprints as you'd expect. It gave this run a 14.4 Strain Score.
