Waking: Whoop says my sleep performance is 89%, promising trend.
Coach's plan:2mi WU 12x200 at 50-55sec on 200 jog, 2mi CD. Splits were 55, 53, 54, 51, 51, 52, 52, 51, 51, 50, 49 & 52. I can feel the difference now between a 52 and 50! I told myself to hold back on the next to last one and try to keep it at 50 but couldn't & got that 49 instead! That was the only one that felt hard and I could have done another 6 of these. Whoop lost the bluetooth connection.
