Felt great and nice to see other runners at the track. When I was leaving, chatted with an older guy who had been shuffling along. Said he was 69 and I encouraged him to keep at it. He wished me good luck for the marathon. A funny thing happened in my mind then. I told him maybe I could BQ when I'm 65. I had given up on any dream of a BQ because I know I don't have a 3:50 in me now. I think talking to Paul during our LR in OKC might have something to do with it.
