7 x 15 sec hill sprints in the middle. Nice to get some turnover! It's a little annoying when it shows 0 elevation gain (in my other log) on a pretty steep hill (and 0 loss walking back down). Oh well, GPS error. But holy crap did I peg the HR meter during the hill sprints at 181! Whoop said I had normal recovery this morning with HRV at 35. It gave this run an 11.2 Strain Score.
