Whoop says it's a "yellow" day with HRV of 53. It called this run "all out exertion" and I tend to agree. It gave the run a 19.5 Strain Score and said this high of a rating represents "an extremely high cardiovascular load." At times I felt great and at other times, a real struggle. So a typical marathon training run! Followed the 40-minute gel schedule so I had 3. Almost the exact same very hilly route as the one 2 weeks ago when I really struggled, but a mile less.
