Needed my sleep but the days still get hot here so getting a late start means struggling at the end. Went to bed early but Whoop says I didn't get much sleep. HRV at 63 so not bad. It gave this run a 19.3 Strain Score so out of 21 it doesn't get much higher! As expected, the max HR was during the faster miles. Very pleased with how miles 6, 8 & 10 went! The note I sent Coach this week about an urge not equaling action really helped. I told myself more than once that if I felt the urge to slow down on those miles, it was just that & no need for action. It worked! It seems less urgent that way.
