Planned progression. There was some progression, until there wasn't in mile 15. Strava says mile 14 was one of my best. The 2nd half was slightly faster than the 1st. Middle 5k in the wear test shoes. Grateful for better weather today! According to Whoop, recovery was excellent today & it gave this a Strain Score about as high as you can go, 20.1. It said, "You spent 86 minutes at 80-90% of your max HR. This is 64 more minutes than you typically spend in this HR zone during running."
