Wind gusting to 32 mph and for some reason I planned my route to heat straight back into that! I did have a lot of good self-talk going in this run, though, when I struggled like "You don't need a Couch to 5k program. You just did it in 2 days. You're a high-end athlete and Runners World is thinking about publishing your article. How many people can do this a week after surgery?"
