With Randy and this was his first run since the relay. He only ran 3. He laughed when I said I needed to do striders because we were both struggling with the humidity and Coach said run them after mile 3. She had me doing 6 of them but I only managed 3 and that took some mental toughness. I feel really old today. I'm questioning whether I can do the run planned for Saturday. I know consistency is important but so is recovery, and I reached out to Coach for feedback.
