2mi WU, 10x1min hard on 2min easy, 2mi CD. Coach Neely had told me after the race to work on focusing on my breath, so I observed that it was ragged after the 6th faster bit. Exhale was hard. Tried to use a yoga technique of pursing the lips and slowing down the exhale but very difficult, like my body couldn't wait to get to the inhale. Paces on the faster bits were from 5:49 to 7:58, with a 7:30 pace interval pretty typical.
