About 10 minutes into this segment, my breathing got really hard and I felt like I was on a treadmill and someone had pulled the plug, so that mile was way off pace. I had crossed LT-lactate was accumulating and slowing me down. Looking at my HR graph, that's when I hit my max. I thought my HR @LT was lower than that but it probably depends on the conditions and the heat definitely raises the HR at this intensity.
