HRV reading this morning: meter green/7. HR went as low as 37.9. Weekly CV is 9%-just keeps getting better!
2mi WU, 12x30sec hills on 90sec jog down easy
Did a couple of things that made it easier: set up my watch beforehand to beep every 30 seconds and broke the 12 hill sprints into 3 sets. In other words, when I was keeping track in my head of what number I was on, I only had to count to 4 each time. Only problem is all the laps it created on the log my Coach monitors! I thought it would just beep but not do autolap every 30 seconds. Obviously, had to let it beep 3 times on the recovery jogs back down.
