Waking: Whoop strap overnight says green/94% but hard to believe HRV is really 106. Someone explained that different apps use different algorithms.
Before the youth run & even before Randy got there. Didn't consciously increase my effort but obviously it increased slightly as shown by the HR and pace. I enjoyed the feeling of my feet turning over but also noticed the humidity.
