Waking: Whoop "green" day with "great recovery," HRV up to 69. Looking back at the last week, it said I was "pushing," my body working harder than it was prepared for while having poor sleep. I think the fungal medicine had something to do with that. It gave this a 14.6/21 Strain Score.
