Whoop says my recovery is down again to 31% with HRV at 42, but I did the thing I said I wouldn't do the other day and went ahead with the workout. I feel fine except for bad skin. Took an Allegra the doc had prescribed and it might be helping with the itching. Stopping the ibu and drinking a 16 oz. kombucha instead for a natural body boost! Whoop gave this run a 15.7 Strain Score. I feel like I'm thriving with using HR as a guide instead of pace!
