With 8 x 15 sec. hill sprints, walking back down for recovery. Did this run right after a job interview that I think went pretty well. According to Whoop, recovery is great today with HRV up to 88. It gave this run a 13.8 Strain Score. Really good cadence, pumping the arms which the watch picks up & the legs follow suit, as Coach Neely pointed out.
