800's back at the campus park path. According to Whoop, recovery is normal with HRV at 35 & RHR at 57. I like to finish a workout knowing I could do more, but this wasn't one of those! On the 6th 800, I thought, "You can do this. One more." I knew there were 2 more planned but my breathing was so ragged, I was pleased just to finish that one. Whoop gave this a 16.7 Strain Score.
