Saw the group before and after the run at Spotted Dog. Beautiful evening. Did the drills about 0.3 mi into it. Only 1 beer afterwards! Whoop gave this a 9.9 Strain Score, perfect for a recovery run but it is super flat over there in Old Mesilla so that makes sense.
