Waking: HRV 64 with meter yellow/6 on the parasympathetic side with HR as low as 36.8. Afternoon: Body fat 16.2%.
Plan: 2mi WU, 2mi at 9:00/mi, 3min jog, 3min hard, 2min hard, 1min hard all on 2min jog, 1mi CD
Hit it but CD was longer because I ended up more than a mile from home!
