According to Whoop, recovery was way down this morning but that's no surprise. I was dehydrated yesterday and should have taken the Camelbak on my run instead of just a 20 oz handheld bottle, which I refilled halfway back here in the courtyard. I don't always think about the logistics until after the fact! This ride was after a nap. Whoop gave it a 5.1 Strain Score. Started the ALA supplement this weekend for the inflammation in my recent bloodwork, 300mg morning & evening. Apparently no side effects. Still just doing 500mg of Vit. C in the evenings after figuring out it was too much with the morning dose, diarrhea.
