Randy did the first 4 with me. This felt harder than it should have but I'll call the doctor's office about the meds & didn't take any this morning. We both noticed how humid it was so that didn't help. Rained a little at home on the way over.
Whoop gave this a 14/21 & said "you got your heart rate up higher than you normally do in a run." It was a "red" recovery day on waking with HRV of 44.
