I loved class as usual, except my foot started to hurt and that sural nerve acted up again. I realized on the way home that I need to stop yoga indefinitely. Lately my PF has almost vanished and here is something that makes it flare up, which makes sense when you consider the stretching on that area during downward-facing dog. Plenty of people say it’s a good thing, but on the other hand, very few serious runners I know practice yoga and running is what caused my PF. We are an experiment of one.
