Coach's plan: 2mi easy, 9mi at 9:20/mi, 1mi easy. Focused on controlling my breath, which got pretty ragged during the middle part of the run. Wish I could have hit my goal pace for the 9 miles or at least gotten closer! Splits were WU @11:48, 9 mi @9:51 (lots of variation) and CD @11:49.
