I was a little anxious about how it would go but I feel like I crushed it (and Coach agreed)! Ran by effort and I was thinking of a baseball analogy because I'm a huge fan. This is like batting practice and I just needed to make solid contact with the ball but not hit it out of the park! Controlling that effort must have been key to keeping my HR down because I'm amazed that it didn't go into the 170's.
