Coach Katie: Run a hilly course and push hard on all the up hills, and run your normal pace on the downs and flats. 2 mi WU before I started pushing the hills. Beautiful day-had to wear gloves but that gave me a place to put my apt. keys, inside a glove, because I didn't have pockets!
