2mi WU, 2x2min hard on 2min easy, 2x1min hard on 2min easy, 2x30sec hard on 90sec easy, 2mi CD-with a headwind on the faster parts so I nailed it! Whoop says recovery is normal today with HRV only at 38 but RHR excellent at 54. It gave this run a 13.7 Strain Score.
