Notes
1mile w/u; 8mile tempo(6:47/mi) w/ neg split; 2mile c/d. I knew the legs weren't ready for a tempo run but still gave it a go. Had a lot of headwind on the way out which was killing my energy and I knew if could make to the turn-around point I'd be good. Not as fast as I wanted (6:30-6:40) but I'll take it considering the wind and no day off of running in 2 weeks.
