Yesterdays run. Was a pretty normal long run; I didn't want it to be to easy so I upped the tempo a tad from what I'm used to. I think it was mile 16 when I was on my way down the road to some more trails. I hear barking from across the street and see 4 medium size dogs headed my way. Only thing I could think to do was turn on the jets and get some distance and luckily some cars were coming by a few secs later and scared them off. But now I was stuck in a bind I couldn't go back the way I came so I had improvise and make a loop through some trails to get back home and avoid the dogs. Minus mile 16 it was an awesome run.
