Another super windy day when I have to run fast, what new? 2mile w/u; 800m x 6(400m rest); 1 x 1600m; 2mile cooldown. Wind was rough on the front stretch and was really draining my legs. After the 800s I really wanted to opt out of the 1600m but went ahead and embraced the pain. Avg HR 155.
