Long Run with Hilly AT Tempo. Warm up, a 29:47 minute hilly tempo @ 8:06 average pace (mile splits = 8:10 / 8:09 / 8:06 / 5:22 (7:57)), and another 50:00 minutes of jogging. Quarter, three dimes, a nickel, and nine pennies. Four of the pennies "oldies", with the earliest a '59D.
Two meteors in the southeast sky. Learned yesterday why edges of Jupiter are looking different, and its not because its so close...bad news for my garden (and all other farming) for '23 and '24.
