Temp 33 (26) Wind 8 mph.

Warm up for MTT 10K. Stiff, creaky, achy old man morning. Need to focus, shake it off and get ready. Had pissed off my groin again early this week. In past, have fixed it by modifying my core work for a few weeks. Try again. Did find a small (older) bruise about the size of a half-dollar on inside of upper thigh, so must have got it good week before when it was stinging the worse.

Little over a mile of jogging, drills and strides. Hit a few more strides here and there after changing shoes to stay loose before start time. Two pennies to start the year.
